Protection from weather: I have read the below and understand the equipment must be protected

We encourage outdoor events however our equipment must be kept safe from both wet weather and full sunshine during the warmer months of the year. If you are setting up outdoors it is a requirement to have adequate protection such as a gazebo, shade sail or patio to set up beneath. The equipment will not be able to be set up in the full sun or wet weather.

Collection of Equipment

Collection is from our O'Connor HQ on Fridays and return is on Mondays for weekend bookings (times will be specified upon booking). For weekday hire, select 'weekdays' and submit this booking form for more information.
